- Executive or Senior-Level Positions: 20% of the annual salary.
- Example: For a £100,000 salary, the fee would be £20,000.
Retained Recruitment Fees
- Upfront Payment: 30%–50% of the total fee upon engagement.
- Example: For a £60,000 role with a 20% fee (£12,000 total), the upfront payment would be £3,600–£6,000.
- Shortlist Delivery: 30%–50% upon presenting a shortlist of candidates.
- Example: £3,600–£6,000.
- Placement Completion: Remaining balance upon successful placement.
- Example: £2,400–£4,800.
Temporary Staffing Fees
- Markup on Hourly Rate: 15%–25% above the worker’s hourly wage.
- Example: For a worker earning £15/hour, the client is billed £17.25–£18.75/hour.
